Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

These terms form an agreement between you and OKAYiT for use of the OKAYiT BLIS app and website ("BLIS"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you download BLIS from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for BLIS or its content.

1. About BLIS

BLIS is a leadership and practice development app offering scenario-based learning, practice handbooks, the Digital Coach, reflective tools and development tracking for adults working in health, social care and early years.

2. Learning only, not advice

3. Your responsibilities

4. Your content

You own what you write. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide BLIS to you. We do not sell it or use it to train external models.

5. Non-punitive commitment

BLIS is designed so that its data is not used for disciplinary proceedings, performance enforcement or employment decisions. We ask every organisation using BLIS to respect this. The law comes first: if there is a legal duty to share information, for example a court order or a risk of harm to someone, it may have to be shared.

6. BLIS Pro subscriptions

7. Intellectual property

All BLIS content, including scenarios, handbooks, frameworks and design, belongs to OKAYiT or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep BLIS available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made in practice based on learning content.

10. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, for example by entering identifiable information about others.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
